Privacy policy
This policy explains what this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Sigal Property Services, LLC, doing business as Cornerstone Private Builders.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry or a question about one of our job sites, we receive what you enter: your name, email address and phone number, and any details you choose to share, such as the property location, your timing, your architect or your message. Trades and suppliers may also share a company name and website.
When you arrange a private conversation, the booking page asks for your name, email address, phone number and a short note about the property and what you have in mind.
The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not set cookies.
How we use it
We use what you send only to respond to you, to arrange and hold the conversation you requested and, if we work together, to manage your project. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services that handle it
A small number of service providers handle information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the inquiry form. Like any web host, it processes the IP address and browser details of each visit to deliver pages and protect the site.
- Google provides our booking page through Google Calendar and our email through Google Workspace. The site also displays typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and booking details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. For clients, we keep project correspondence and records for the life of the project and afterward for as long as our records and legal obligations require.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected].
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
California residents
This policy is posted in accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. Because the site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, it does not respond differently to a browser's Do Not Track signal. California residents may make any of the requests described above by writing to the same address.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
